Life and Disability Insurance
ENA pays for basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for our employees and their families, along with short and long-term disability insurance which are designed to provide income protection while recovering from a disability.
ENA offers both traditional and Roth 401(k) retirement plans, in which the company matches up to 4% of an employee’s deferral. ENA also contributes an additional 5-7% each year, based upon the association’s overall financial performance.
Continuing Education/Professional Development
We believe learning is a lifelong process and support our employee’s pursuit in continuing their education and offer Tuition Reimbursement for undergraduate and graduate degrees and in addition, an Education and Computer Loan program to help facilitate the process in pursuing their education and personal betterment.
Paid Time Off
During the first year of employment, exempt employees accrue 15 days of paid time off per year, and non-exempt employees accrue 10 days per year. Each employee earns an additional eight hours for each year of service up to 40 additional hours. Furthermore, employees accrue 12 sick days per year, and 4 personal days, and 10 paid holidays.

ENA is looking for a driven Communications and PR Specialist to join the team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing creative and engaging campaigns across various social and digital platforms. The Communications and PR Specialist will work closely with the director and key stakeholders to build the profile of the profession of emergency nursing and the association. This position will also ensure consistent communications for the association and support emergency nursing initiatives.
The Nursing Content Manager is responsible for the execution and delivery of ENA educational products in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. This role will also manage the work of the nursing content editors to comply with production deadlines, ensuring clinical accuracy, product quality and consistency with ENA mission and vision.
ENA is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team. The Marketing Specialist contributes to the successful execution of marketing plans to further advance the brand recognition and impact of the Emergency Nurses Association. This position develops copy, collateral and promotional materials to attain marketing objectives and builds project timelines and budgets in a collaborative team and deadline driven environment. This includes utilizing exceptional organizational skills to execute multiple initiative and make recommendations the outreach and promotion of ENA products.
ENA is looking for an energetic, organized, Meetings Manager to join the Meeting Services team. The Meetings Manager contributes to the success of ENA by overseeing the management of all ENA event logistics including but not limited to logistical planning and onsite coordination, vendor contracting and management and budget reconciliation. This position also creates and oversees development of ENA's annual conference layouts, managing the execution of the annual conference workplan, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure all conference timelines are being met. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, and excellent collaborative and communication skills.
